Cloud Loft Mattress Warranty

At Cloud Loft Mattress, LLC, we are committed to delivering the best sleep experience possible. Our quality craftsmanship is backed by our warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship. To ensure you enjoy the ultimate comfort and longevity of your mattress, we provide the following warranty terms:

Length of Warranty

This warranty is valid from the date of purchase. For the full details on warranty coverage, please refer to the law tag on your product. The repair or replacement of your mattress does not extend or renew the warranty period.

What is Covered

  • Defects in Materials and Workmanship: If a Cloud Loft mattress or foundation is found to be defective under normal use, we will repair or replace the item at no cost within the warranty period.

  • Warranty Duration:

    • 10-Year Warranty: Full coverage for 10 years, excluding transportation costs. If your mattress is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it at no charge (except for transportation).

    • 20-Year Warranty: If your mattress experiences defects beyond the 10-year period, but within 20 years of the purchase date, we will offer a repair or replacement at a prorated cost, including materials, transportation, and inspection.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your Cloud Loft product is defective, please contact the retailer where the mattress was originally purchased. If you cannot reach the retailer or have relocated, feel free to contact us directly at info@cloudloftmattress.com or use the "Contact Us" form on our website.

For your warranty to be valid, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be the original purchaser.

  • You must have purchased the mattress from an authorized retailer in the U.S.

  • You must provide a copy of the original receipt and ensure the law label is attached to the product.

  • The product must be in clean condition, with no stains, tears, or physical damage.

What’s Not Covered

  • Physical Damage: Includes, but is not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, and any other physical abuse.

  • Body Contouring: Permanent body impressions of 2" or less are not considered defects.

  • Improper Use: Damage due to use of an improper foundation or bed frame, or failure to use a matching foundation or bed frame with appropriate support (e.g., a bed frame with a center support and at least 5 legs for king or queen size mattresses).

  • Comfort Preference: This warranty does not cover personal comfort preferences or changes in comfort over time.

  • Clearance and Floor Models: Products marked as “clearance” or “as-is” are not covered under this warranty.

Exclusive Remedy and Limitations

This warranty provides the exclusive remedy for defects in the materials and workmanship of the mattress. Cloud Loft Mattress, LLC shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Our warranty does not extend to medical conditions or suitability for individual needs.

Some states may allow limitations on implied warranties, so the terms of this warranty may vary depending on your location.

Important Note

In the event a replacement is necessary, Cloud Loft Mattress, LLC reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality if the original materials are unavailable at the time of service.
