At Cloud Loft Mattress, we’re dedicated to getting your new mattress to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery time frames, carrier information, and other important details about your order.
Shipping Methods & Time Frames
We exclusively use FedEx for all of our shipping needs. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a FedEx tracking number via email so you can follow your mattress from our warehouse to your door.
Shipping times vary depending on the type of mattress you order:

Standard Mattresses
Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days from the date your order ships. -
Specialty Mattresses
Estimated delivery within 10–12 business days from the date your order ships.
Note: Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather delays or high seasonal shipping volumes.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before being handed off to FedEx for delivery. Processing time is not included in the shipping time frames listed above.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.
Tracking Your Order
Once your mattress has shipped, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. You can track your package at any time by visiting FedEx Tracking and entering your tracking number.
Delivery Notes

FedEx will deliver directly to your doorstep.

No signature is required for most deliveries, but this may vary depending on the shipping address and FedEx policies.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) so we can quickly assist you.
