Your 90-night trial begins the day your mattress is delivered. If you decide it isn't a perfect fit for you within the first 90 nights, we'll have it picked up and issue a refund.

If there's something wrong with your mattress, we'll replace it for up to 10 years, starting from the date of original purchase.

Can I use my existing bed frame with a new mattress?

All of our mattresses are adjustable base compatible. Each mattress is designed to work on a firm, solid surface. If using a slatted frame, ensure the slats are flat, wooden, and no more than 4 inches apart to provide adequate support.
How long does it take to adjust to a new mattress?

We recommend allowing up to 21 nights for your body to adapt to the new support and comfort levels. You'll get up to 90 days to sleep on your mattress for our sleep trial period. We want you to fall in love with the mattress you chose and provide the best support possible. We also recommend once you unbox your mattress, allow it to rest for 72 hours before sleeping on it so it can fully inflate properly.
How do I choose the right mattress firmness?

Your preferred sleeping position and personal comfort preferences play significant roles: Side sleepers often prefer plush mattresses for pressure relief. Back sleepers may benefit from medium to firm mattresses for spinal support. Stomach sleepers and individuals with back pain typically need a firm mattress to prevent hip sinking and proper spinal alignment. What does Cloud Loft mattress warranty cover, and how can I file a claim?

I want to return my mattress, but it's passed the 90 night sleep trial. What do I do?

At Cloud Loft we want you to fall in love with your mattress. Plus, we won't charge a 30% restocking fee like the other manufacturers. If you don't love your mattress, it's on us. Plus you'll get a brand new mattress of equal value for free. You can call our customer service representative at 1-800 CLOUD 09 with any questions.
